This project, made possible through a $10,065,000 NMTC allocation and a total investment of $10,271,997, has transformed a vision of safety and support into reality.

The development includes dedicated office space for a domestic violence nonprofit, ensuring essential advocacy, counseling, and support services are accessible to those in need. Additionally, 16 housing units have been created to provide survivors with a secure place to rebuild their lives. This initiative not only offers protection and stability but also fosters long-term recovery and independence for victims and their families.

Beyond its immediate impact on those seeking refuge, the project has contributed to the local economy by creating two full-time positions and generating 50 construction jobs. With funding from IMPACT Chase and Cinnaire New Markets, this development stands as a testament to the power of community investment, bringing vital resources to a vulnerable population while strengthening the social fabric of the region.
